JPS Plumbing Services provides professional plumbing services including but not limited to:
- Emergency plumbing repairs
- Drain cleaning and hydro-jetting
- Water heater repair and installation
- Leak detection and pipe repair
- General plumbing maintenance
3. Service Appointments
All service appointments are subject to:
- Availability of our technicians
- Customer confirmation of appointment time
- Access to the property
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing and Payment
All pricing is subject to:
- On-site assessment of the plumbing issue
- Current market rates for materials and labor
- Any additional work required beyond the initial estimate
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
5. Warranty and Guarantees
We offer a 90-day warranty on all parts and labor for repairs. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment as per the manufacturer's terms.
Our satisfaction guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within 30 days for remediation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area
- Disclose any known issues or hazards
- Maintain a safe environment for our technicians
- Provide accurate contact and location information
7. Limitation of Liability
JPS Plumbing Services shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Damage caused by customer negligence or misuse
- Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Emergency Services
Emergency service may be available by phone at (760) 789-3980. Additional charges may apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday service calls.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of JPS Plumbing Services and protected by copyright laws.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Customers may terminate service requests with reasonable notice.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
