Our Commitment to Quality
At JPS Plumbing Services, we stand behind our work with comprehensive warranty coverage. Our warranty reflects our commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
1. Labor Warranty
All labor performed by JPS Plumbing Services is warranted for 90 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers:
- Defects in workmanship
- Installation errors
- Workmanship-related failures
If any issues arise due to our workmanship within the warranty period, we will return to correct the problem at no additional labor charge.
2. Parts Warranty
Parts and materials installed by JPS Plumbing Services are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will:
- Provide manufacturer warranty information for all installed parts
- Assist with warranty claims for parts we install
- Handle the warranty process on your behalf when possible
Manufacturer warranties typically range from 1 year to lifetime, depending on the product.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will:
- Review your concerns with you
- Schedule a follow-up visit to assess the issue
- Make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem to your satisfaction
4. What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
- Issues resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Problems caused by third parties or other contractors
- Normal wear and tear
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service
- Damage from natural disasters or external forces
5. Water Heater Warranty
For water heater installations:
- Tankless Water Heaters: Typically 12-15 year manufacturer warranty on heat exchanger, 5 years on parts
- Traditional Tank Water Heaters: Typically 6-12 year manufacturer warranty
- Labor: 90 days from installation date
6. Emergency Services Warranty
Emergency services are covered by the same warranty terms as regular services. However, please note that emergency service calls may incur additional charges.
7. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim:

- Provide your service details and describe the issue
- We will schedule a service call to assess the problem
- If the issue is covered, we will perform the necessary repairs
Please have your service receipt or invoice number available when making a claim.
8. Transferability
Our labor warranty is transferable to new property owners if the property is sold within the warranty period, provided the new owner notifies us within 30 days of property transfer.
9. Extended Warranty Options
For certain services, we offer extended warranty options. Please ask your technician about available extended coverage plans.
